その代理店との売買契約があり、その代理店へ事前に断りを入れる必要があるため、

アメリカの代理店では細かなフォローが出来ないため、出来る限り貴社経由の販売を望みますが、
代理店との契約書があるので、簡単に商流を変更することが難しい状況です。
契約はその代理店経由からのみ販売するという内容です。

As sufficient follow up could not be done by our the US agency, I would like the business to be done via your company.
It is however not easy to change the distribution route due to the contract.
