発送いただいた追跡番号"RB62***DE”のことですがドイツ郵便で照合したところで動いていないようです。間違いなく日本の住所にて発送したでしょうか？間違ってアメリカに届いたか心配です。追跡番号が間違っていれば正しい番号をお知らせ下さい。
可能であれば発送された時の住所のわかる伝票の画像を添付してメッセージに連絡頂けたらとおもいます。

Regarding the product tracking number "RB62***DE" shipped, when it was checked by German PO, it is not moving. Did you surely ship it to the Japanese address? I am worrying if it is arriving in the US. If the tracking number is wrong, please tell me the correct number.
