おととい、荷物のほうがとどきました。
在庫が切れそうだったので助かりました！
カートン数が多いと通関に時間がかかるようですね。

２カートンほど、中のパッケージがすべて破損しておりました。
やはり荷物の荷重がかかると重さで壊れてしまいますね。
これはもうしょうがないですが、破損したパッケージはすべて交換できました。
残りの１０００個は来週ぐらいに発送していただければ助かります。




このブランドの商品は御社が製造しているのでしょうか？
こちらから製品をサンプルとして送れば、図面にできますか？

We received the cargo the day before yesterday.
We got relieved because my items were almost out of stock.
It seems that it takes longer for the cargo to clear the customs if there are a lot of cartons included.

In a few cartons among the cargo, all packages inside were damaged.
We think this was due the total weight of the cartons above them.
We cannot do much about this, but we fortunately could replace all of the damaged packages.
We would be happy if you can send the rest of 1,000 pieces to us next week.
