先月、御社のJapan Market担当のAliさんから連絡をいただき
御社製品の卸売販売について説明を受けました。
すでに添付したプライスリストを頂いており
配送方法や代金の支払い方法についても確認済みです。

販売開始の準備が整ったのでAliさんに電話とメールでコンタクトしましたが、
全く連絡がつかなくなってしまいました。　
よって、こちらにメール連絡をしました。

取引開始にあたり、配送方法について改めて確認したいので
担当者様からの返信をお待ちしております。

Regarding selling strategies for the products of your company

I heard from Mr. Ali of the charge of Japan Market in your company last month, and I was taught about the selling strategy for the products of your company.
I have already got the pricelists attached and have checked out the delivery and the payment methods as well.

I contacted Mr. Ali on a phone call and via email as we are done preparing for the selling yet I haven’t heard from him since at all. 　
Therefore I am sending a message to this address instead.

I hope to hear from the person in charge soon since I would like to confirm about the delivery method once again for us to have a good start.
