先月、御社のJapan Market担当のAliさんから連絡をいただき
御社製品の卸売販売について説明を受けました。
すでに添付したプライスリストを頂いており
配送方法や代金の支払い方法についても確認済みです。

販売開始の準備が整ったのでAliさんに電話とメールでコンタクトしましたが、
全く連絡がつかなくなってしまいました。　
よって、こちらにメール連絡をしました。

取引開始にあたり、配送方法について改めて確認したいので
担当者様からの返信をお待ちしております。

Regarding the sale of your company's products in Japan

Last month, we were contacted by Ali-san from your company who is in charge of the Japanese market and heard about the plan regarding the wholesale distribution of your products. We have confirmed the delivery and payment methods based on the price list which was provided to us previously.

As the preparation for the distribution was already completed, we have tried to contact Ali-san via phone and email but to no avail. This is why we are sending this email to inform you of this situation.

As we would like to confirm the delivery method again due to the commencement of the transaction, we will be waiting for your reply from the person-in-charge.
