Ichinokura which insists on the traditional handmade method, produces only 1.6 million bottles (based on a bottle of 1.8 litres) annually. While enhancing its production facilities, the manufacturing of the sake is still handled mainly by the 42 chief brewers who control each step of the process to ensure the quality of each and every drop. Anyone who has tasted this sake will be gasping in admiration.
