Additional info: 海外サイトからサプリメントの注文をしたいのですが、注文商品の中に、日本では規制対象になっている商品があるようで上手くいかず困っている状況です。

2回目～4回目の注文は、「French Vanilla Creme」を除外して注文しているので
問題の無いはずですが、いずれもキャンセル処理されました。

2月20日に、5回目の注文をしましたが、今日現在、手続きが進んでいない状況です。

規制対象の商品は除外していますので、出荷手続きを進めて頂きたいのですが、
ご確認いただけますでしょうか。

貴社サイトは、i-herbで取扱いのない商品が色々あって、今後継続的に利用させていただきたいので、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

As my second through fourth orders were placed without "French Vanilla Crème", I believe there should be no problem, however they were all cancelled.

The fifth order was placed on February 20, however the order status has been pending as of today.

Since the restricted item has been removed from my order, I would like you to proceed to ship the order. Please kindly confirm.

Since your website have some items I-herb does not deal with, so I would like to continue using your service. Thank you,
