前回のメールを読んで、私の確認不足かもしれないと思い、商品を納品先より引き上げもう一度確認しましたがやはり"lower teeth"はありませんでした。写真も撮りましたのでご確認ください。
今回この返品により一個当たり51円かかったので全部で約60ドルほどかかりました。
またこの商品をもう一度納品する必要があるのでさらに送料が必要になります。これは大きな損害です。
このことも踏まえて、今回どのような補償をしていただけるかご検討ください。
As I read the previous mail thinking of my lack of confirmation and checked the product from the delivery destination again and realized the "lower teeth" was missing as I had thought. I did take a picture, so please check it for me. It cost about $60 in total since it was 51yen per piece by returning this time. There will be also a shipping fee as I need to deliver the products again. This will be a huge loss. Based on this incident, please consider how you compensate for this issue.
