当店でUSPSの追跡番号を調べたところ、お客様の荷物は2月1日に日本を出発しましたが、その後荷物の追跡ができなくなっています。私たちは、USPSにおいて荷物の遅延が生じているのか、若しくは、紛失したのではないかと考えています。私たちは、USPSに対して、荷物の調査依頼を行う予定です。なお、お客様に荷物が届きましたら、ご一報をいただけましたら幸いです。また、調査の状況が判明次第、お客様にご連絡いたしますので、今しばらく、荷物をお待ちいただけますよう、よろしくお願いします。

We confirmed your package by USPS tracking number, but the package is no longer pursue-able since departed from Japan on February 1st. we are considering the package was delay for for some reason in USPS or whether has been lost. therefore we are going to ask USPS to investigate the package.
