発送する前に、機器の上部にある両方のツマミが少しグラグラしている事に気がつきました。
検品したところ、録音された音量を調整するツマミが反応しませんでした。
録音された音源は一定の音量で再生いますが、これを調整する事ができません。
恐らく、ボリュームのツマミが故障している事が原因です。
その他の動作には問題はありませんでした。
故障している事がわかった以上、このまま発送する事ができない為にご連絡致しました。
