発送する前に、機器の上部にある両方のツマミが少しグラグラしている事に気がつきました。
検品したところ、録音された音量を調整するツマミが反応しませんでした。
録音された音源は一定の音量で再生いますが、これを調整する事ができません。
恐らく、ボリュームのツマミが故障している事が原因です。
その他の動作には問題はありませんでした。
故障している事がわかった以上、このまま発送する事ができない為にご連絡致しました。
お支払い頂いた一部を返金するか、商品をキャンセルするか選択頂ければ幸いです、

Before shipping the item, I found that both knobs on the top of the machine were a little loose.
I checked it and found the knob adjusting recorded sound didn't work.
Recorded sound can be played in a fixed sound but can not be adjusted.
This is most likely because the volume adjusting knob is broken.
There was no problem with the other movements.
Now that I found this malfunction, I can not ship the item and this is why I'm writing to you.
I will either give you a partial refund or cancel your order.
Please tell me which you would prefer.
