昨日注文をいただいた時は店舗営業が終了しており、
在庫の確認ができないままご連絡してしまいましたが
注文いただいた商品が売り切れてしまったおりました。

工房に確認したところ
ツイストネックという非常に高度な作業のため
オーダーすると１ヵ月半〜２ヵ月ほど納期がかかってしまうようです。

楽しみにしてくださっていたのに申し訳ございません。

お時間待っていただけると大変嬉しいのですが、
現在在庫のある商品の詳細も早急にお送りいたします。

When I received your order yesterday, the business hours were over and I tentatively replied to you without confirming our stock of the item. However, it turned out that the item you ordered is now out of stock.

I contacted the workshop and they told that it would take one and a half month to two months for them to produce the product after accepting the order because the work,, twist neck, requires extremely careful operation.

I am really sorry about this despite that you have been looking forward to the product.

I would be happy if you can wait for it, but I will also send you the details of the products which are now in stock as soon as possible.
