昨日注文をいただいた時は店舗営業が終了しており、
在庫の確認ができないままご連絡してしまいましたが
注文いただいた商品が売り切れてしまったおりました。

工房に確認したところ
ツイストネックという非常に高度な作業のため
オーダーすると１ヵ月半〜２ヵ月ほど納期がかかってしまうようです。

楽しみにしてくださっていたのに申し訳ございません。

お時間待っていただけると大変嬉しいのですが、
現在在庫のある商品の詳細も早急にお送りいたします。

The product which you ordered yesterday is out of stock. When you made the order, our shop was closed and we contacted you without checking the inventory.

After checking with the workshop, we found that the order will take more than 1.5 month to 2 months since it requires very high-level technical work called Twisted Neck.

I am very sorry though you looked forward to.

I will be pleased if you could wait a little more.
