あなたの荷物の追跡をしましたが12月17日に日本を出てからはイタリアポストに引き継がれる為こちらからの追跡は出来ません。
日本郵便のサイト内で次の表記がありました。
（イタリアでは、税関検査の強化に伴い、配達までにより多くの日数がかかっております。）
通常は2週間から1か月でお手元に荷物が到着していましたが現在はもう数日かかるようです。
もしあなたがイタリア関税にコンタクトがとれるなら荷物がどこにあるのか聞いてみてください。

I tried to track your package, but I cannot track it because it is handed to Italian Post after the package went out of Japan on December 17th.
I found following note on the WEB site of Japan Post.
(In Italy, now it takes more days to deliver packages due to the reinforcement of customs inspection.)
It used to take approx. two weeks to one month for packages to be delivered, but it seems that it would take a few more extra days.
If you can contact the customs in Italy, please try to ask where the package is now.
