お客様から不良品とのことで返品を受けましたが
確認したら不良ではありませんでした。
商品代金の返金はするが送料はお客様に負担してもらいまいです。
商品が問題なく動くところを動画で確認してもらおうとしましたが信憑性がないという理由で取り合ってもらえません。
お客様からはebayに言えと言われました。
こちらとしては
商品代金＆送料はお返し致しますが
返送にかかった送料はお客様に負担してもらいたいです。

I received returned product from customer as being defective however I confirmed it was not defective item.
I will refund the product but would like the customer to bear the postage.
I tried to explain by the movie that the product work without problem, but he disregarded because it does not have any credibility.
The customer said to make a complaint to ebay.
I will pay the product and postage but would like to bear the return postage by the customer.
