お客様から不良品とのことで返品を受けましたが
確認したら不良ではありませんでした。
商品代金の返金はするが送料はお客様に負担してもらいまいです。
商品が問題なく動くところを動画で確認してもらおうとしましたが信憑性がないという理由で取り合ってもらえません。
お客様からはebayに言えと言われました。
こちらとしては
商品代金＆送料はお返し致しますが
返送にかかった送料はお客様に負担してもらいたいです。
