ホテルには昨日到着しました。
素敵な部屋でとても気に入っています。

ただ、booking.comのサイトにはバスアメニティグッズがついていると
かいてあったのですが、ありませんでした。
石けんやシャンプーなど最低限のものでもいいのですが、サービスには含まれないのでしょうか？

それから27日のチェックアウトはまだ時間が決まっていないのですが、
どのようにすればいいでしょうか？

I arrived at the hotel yesterday.
Since the room was very nice, I really love it.

However, the bath amenity goods were not in the room in spite that they should come together according to the site, booking.com.
The minimal set, such as soap and shampoo, is fine, but aren't they included in the hotel service?

Also I have not decided what time to check out on the 27. Can you tell me what I should do?
