As far as I investigated, I couldn't find any payment method at all where no commission fee is charged to the recipient in the case of sending money from Japan via PayPal.
The payment method, "friends and family", is not available in Japan, either.

Regarding the additional charge for PayPal payment commission fee, can't you please make it 2.5% which is charged to me?
I am afraid 4.5% is too large.

Is it possible to make payment by bank transfer?
If yes,, how much commission fee is charged to you?
