なぜ連続するのか分かりませんが、また不具合の報告がありました。
今度は充電式の製品についてです。
アマゾンのレビューで星１をつけられ、写真を掲載されました。
スクリーンショットと写真をお送りします。
お客様いわく「２ヶ月ちょっとで製品から液漏れして使えなくなった。」だそうです。

現在、お客様に代替えの商品をお送りするということで交渉中です。
なんとか評価は取り下げてくれ、現在★３にしてもらっています。

以上、ご報告でした。
しかしながら製品自体は好評です。私も不具合のない製品を売りたいです。

I don't know why it happens repeatedly, but I've got a report about a non-conformance again.
It's about a rechargeable product.
The customer gave me one star in his review and put up a photo of the non-conformance.
I've attached a screen shot and the photo.
He said the battery of the product had leaked after about 2 months and the product had been unusable.

I'm currently negotiating with the customer about an exchange.
He has withdrawn his review and has changed the star rating to 3 stars.

This is only for your information.
However, the product itself has been selling well.
I would like to sell products without non-conformance as well.
