なぜ連続するのか分かりませんが、また不具合の報告がありました。
今度は充電式の製品についてです。
アマゾンのレビューで星１をつけられ、写真を掲載されました。
スクリーンショットと写真をお送りします。
お客様いわく「２ヶ月ちょっとで製品から液漏れして使えなくなった。」だそうです。

現在、お客様に代替えの商品をお送りするということで交渉中です。
なんとか評価は取り下げてくれ、現在★３にしてもらっています。

以上、ご報告でした。
しかしながら製品自体は好評です。私も不具合のない製品を売りたいです。

I am not sure why we receive such complaints one after another, but we received yet another complaint about malfunction.
This time, the complaint is regarding the rechargeable product.
On the Amazon review, only one star was marked and the picture was posted.

According to the customer, "The product leaked in almost 2 months so it could not be used any more."

Currently we are negotiating with the customer to send an alternative product to him.
The customer agreed to withdraw the bad rating at last, and he marked three stars instead.
