養育費は少ない方がいいです。娘の為にお金を使うのはいいのですが、法律で定められるとプレッシャーがあります。
養育費で足りない分は直接支払うようにしたいです。

１．裁判に発展した場合、面会の頻度が養育費、親権の取り合いに関わりがあるかどうか。3年以上一緒に住んだ等
２．親権をすべて渡した場合の弊害。　
３．調停裁判で決まるまで面会の頻度は妻の要求に合わせなくてはいけないのでしょうか？
４．あとでトラブルになりやすい事例で決めておいた方がいいことは何でしょうか？
