10月の第2週にサンフランシスコへ行って貴社オフィスやA社のオフィスを訪問したいと考えています。貴社への訪問の主な目的は、当社の発注から貴社の発送までの流れや期間について議論したいのと、中国向け輸出の実務の打ち合わせを行いたい事です。また製造や物流現場の視察をしたいと考えています。フライトスケジュールの都合で火曜日（10月9日）の訪問になりますが、貴社のご都合はいかがでしょうか？

I'm planning to visit your office and also A in the second week of October.
The main purpose to visit your office is that to discuss the process of ordering from us and shipping to you as well as the duration and the export business for China. I would also like to observe how the production and the distribution work at your spot. Due to my flight schedule, it will be Tuesday (Oct 9th). How does this sound to you?
