我々の注文の出荷準備はどうなってるでしょうか？
Aさんから8月3日に受け取ったメールではパッキングが終わり、8月7日には出荷できるとの話でしたが、パッキングがまだ終わってないのでしょうか？それとも事務処理が終わってないのでしょうか？送金から間も無く2ヶ月になります。貴社から商品が出荷されて我々が実際に受け取るまでにさらに2ヶ月前後かかりますので、我々にとってとても厳しい状況です。出荷状況の詳細を教えて下さい。
Can you tell me the current status of the shipment preparation for our order?
According to the e-mail which we received from Mr. A, he told that the packing was completed and he expected to ship the items on August 7th, but have the packing not been completed yet? Or has any business transaction not been finished yet? It will soon be two months since we sent money. As it would take additional two months after you ship the items for us to receive them actually, the situation now is very severe for us, too. Please tell us the details of the current status of the shipment.
