我々の注文の出荷準備はどうなってるでしょうか？
Aさんから8月3日に受け取ったメールではパッキングが終わり、8月7日には出荷できるとの話でしたが、パッキングがまだ終わってないのでしょうか？それとも事務処理が終わってないのでしょうか？送金から間も無く2ヶ月になります。貴社から商品が出荷されて我々が実際に受け取るまでにさらに2ヶ月前後かかりますので、我々にとってとても厳しい状況です。出荷状況の詳細を教えて下さい。

How has the shipment preparations for order from us done?
I received the email from A on August 3 that packing was over so it was possible to ship on August 7. Was not the packing yet over? Or was not managing business yet over? Two months has been passed from the remittance soon.
It takes more around 2 months till goods are shipped, and then we really receive it from your company. It is severe situation at all for us . Please tell us in the details of the shipment situation.
