Additional info: Trying to arrange for a pet hotel to pick up my dog, transport her to the pet hotel, and keep her while I am out of town. The time they suggested for pickup on September 16 was not good, so I am suggesting they pick her up a day earlier than I had planned.

Can I change the pick up date to September 15 and have the pick up in the evening of September 15? We are going to Hiroshima September 16 and would like to leave early in the morning.

My dog stayed at the Narita Pet Island Hotel location last year. I have attached a copy of the dog's most recent rabies shot certificate. Please let me know if you need any more information.
