お世話になります。
以前このアカウントで販売をしていたのですが、訳があってこの2年ほどアカウントに入ることが出来ませんでした。現在、800ドルほどの未払金があるようですが、新しくクレジットカードを設定し未払金を清算すれば、またこのアカウントで販売を再開をすることは可能でしょうか？また、またこの２年間、アカウントを放置したことによるペナルティーの様なものはありますでしょうか？もし、以前の状態で販売を再開することが出来るなら、すぐにでも設定を行いたいと思います。宜しくお願いします

I had been selling under this account before, but I had not been able to log in this account for about two years due to some circumstances. It seems that I now have about $800 of accounts payable, but would I be able to restart the sales under this account if I newly set up the credit card and pay off the accounts payable?
