大学生は3年生からリクルート活動を開始する。１０年前は内定が出るのが非常に難しかったが、現在は売り手市場で、非常に就職しやすい。
2.労働力不足で、長時間労働になる傾向が高い。
しかし、昨年大手広告代理店の社員が長時間労働を苦に自殺をしたことをきっかけに、働き方改革を実行する企業が増加し、労働時間を短縮する動きが加速している。日本政府も働き方改革を推進している。
3.公務員や銀行員は人気がある。

1. Japan is enjoying its booming economy before the Tokyo Olympics but working force is lacking.
3rd students in college start for employment activities. 10 years ago, it was a hard time to obtain a tentative decision, but now at sales markets, it is easy to be employed.
2. It tends to be longer working hours due to lack of workforce.
However, last year, triggering a woman in a major ad company committed suicide because of longer hour working time, there are increasing number of companies to find better way to work and movement to shorten working hour is accelerating. Japanese government is pushing the move to finding better way for working.
