一点確認したいのですが、Aのご注文書はいただいているのですが、Bのご注文書はいただいていないかと思います。もしBも必要でありましたら、ご注文書を早急にいただけないでしょうか。納期短縮については、現在工場側と調整をしておりますが、ご希望の日程はかなり厳しい状況です。ただ、少しでも縮められるよう努力はしておりますので、納期短縮の結果を来週月曜日を目処に回答を致します。
また、Invitation Letterについてですが、内容について必要な情報を教えていただけないでしょうか？

If you need B also, would you please send me the order form at the earliest? Currently we are working on the adjustment of the lead time, but your preferred schedule seems pretty difficult. However, we are still trying our best to make it as short as possible, so we will get back to you about the result of the curtailed lead time no later than next Monday.
Also, regarding the invitation letter, please share the necessary information regarding the contents?
