今回の出張のスケジュールですが、7月23日に台湾入りして、台北に一泊します。（Aホテル）
Aホテルに8時で集合お願いしたく存じます。そこから我々はHsinchuのB社に向かいます。B社との面談が終わった後に、C社に向かいます。ですので、C社とのアポイントは16：00で取って下さい。また、あなたとどこで合流したらいいか教えてください。24日はまたTaipeiに戻りますので、どこかで一緒に食事をしましょう。

Regarding the business trip itinerary for this time, I will arrive in Taiwan on July 23 and spend a night in Taipei at A. I would like you to meet me at 8 am at the hotel.
