私は上記アイテムを注文する度に、あなたに梱包するように依頼のメールを送付した。その度に、実際は梱包されずに日本に配送されて、外箱が破損している写真を送付してきた。いい加減、この悪い循環を止めたい。あなたもその事に同意するだろう？ダンボール箱に梱包してくれとは言わない。とにかく外箱が破損しないようにビニール袋等で梱包してください。強く配送部門にこの事を伝えてください。今度こそ、梱包されて日本に無事配送されるこを祈ってます。必ず配送部門に伝えてください。よろしくお願い致します。
When I ordered the item above, I asked you to wrap it. It had been delivered without wrapping to Japan and I sent the pictures of broken boxes every time. I'd really like it not happening. Would you agree with me, right? I wouldn't say you should use carbon box. Anyway, please wrap with extra venyle or some materials to make outside of the the box stars okay. I'd insist you'd inform this to the delivery division. I hope it will arrive safely to Japan with packing. I really do. Please make sure you'd let them know. Thank you.
