確かに卒業見込み証明書を提出してワーキングビザを申請することは出来ますが、後日、卒業証明書を提出した後の審査機関を短く出来るだけで、あくまでビザが発給されるのは卒業証明書を提出してからになるそうです。
ビザの申請は既に我々で進めていますので、貴方が申請する必要はありません。
給与の件ですが、当社で勤務を開始出来るのはワーキングビザが発行されてからになります。給与は契約した金額をベースに実際の勤務日に応じて月割り・日割りで支払われます。
Certainly the working visa can be applied by submitting the prospective graduation certificate, it will only help shorten the screening process but the actual visa issuance will be after the graduation certificate submission.
