本日、試作メーカーと最終打合せを行いました。8月中旬にAとBの試験を行いたいのですが、AとBの試験は同日行えないので、試験立会の日程を2日いただいても宜しいでしょうか。
（機械の洗浄をしないといけないため）Aを1日目のPMに行い、Bを2日目のPMに行う予定です。よろしければ、8月中旬で何日か候補日を教えてください。試作メーカーと日程調整致します。また、7月末のアポイントの件、確定できましたでしょうか。航空券の発券期間がまもなくのため、念のために確認致しました。

I held a final meeting with a prototype manufacturer today. As we would like to perform a test for A and B in mid August, since it cannot be performed for both A and B on the same date, could you please give us 2 days to schedule the witness test?
(Since the machine needs to be washed) the test for A is performed in the afternoon of Day1, and B on Day 2 in the afternoon. If it is okay with you, please give us some dates good to perform in mid August. I will coordinate with the prototype manufacturer the schedule accordingly. Also have you had a chance to fix the appointment at the end of July? I wanted to reach you just in case because the plane ticket issuance will be closed shortly.
