本日、試作メーカーと最終打合せを行いました。8月中旬にAとBの試験を行いたいのですが、AとBの試験は同日行えないので、試験立会の日程を2日いただいても宜しいでしょうか。
（機械の洗浄をしないといけないため）Aを1日目のPMに行い、Bを2日目のPMに行う予定です。よろしければ、8月中旬で何日か候補日を教えてください。試作メーカーと日程調整致します。また、7月末のアポイントの件、確定できましたでしょうか。航空券の発券期間がまもなくのため、念のために確認致しました。

Today, I had a last meeting with the trial manufacture. We would like to conduct tests for A and B in mid August, however both test can't be done in one day. Do you mind coming to see the tests for two days?
(Because the machinery needs cleaning,) Test of A will be in the afternoon of the first day and the test for B will be in the afternoon of the second day. Could you please let us know the suitable days for you in mid August? I will ask the trial manufacture about the date. And the appointment in July is set? I would like to confirm for the ticket to be issued soon.
