Hi. Thanks for following through on this resolution. I actually collected in person from the international mail center or via NZ customs.  I understand I need to fill out a form that has your details but it I thought itd be process with your / Japan Mail center?  As I was told something different for the process by them.  They then ask for the model to be returned to international mail center for accessment upon this being completed. Does this make sense? My email is [e-mail] if email is easier to communicate. Cheers Nathan
