2月2日と5月18日の注文では、ダンボールに梱包されず配送されたので、外箱が大きく破損した。特に5月18日の注文では事前にダンボール梱包を依頼したにもかかわらず、なにも梱包されずに配送されて外箱が大きく破損していて、送料を返金してもらった。ドイツamazonの倉庫担当者は「学習」しないみたいなので、今回の注文では必ずダンボール梱包するように厳重に倉庫担当者に伝えてください。これ以上、顧客の信頼を失わないで下さい。よろしくお願いいたします。
In Feb 2 and May 18's order, the items were sent to be without packaging in a cardboard box, hence the outer box was badly damaged.
