2月2日と5月18日の注文では、ダンボールに梱包されず配送されたので、外箱が大きく破損した。特に5月18日の注文では事前にダンボール梱包を依頼したにもかかわらず、なにも梱包されずに配送されて外箱が大きく破損していて、送料を返金してもらった。ドイツamazonの倉庫担当者は「学習」しないみたいなので、今回の注文では必ずダンボール梱包するように厳重に倉庫担当者に伝えてください。これ以上、顧客の信頼を失わないで下さい。よろしくお願いいたします。
For 2 February and 18 May's orders, as they were shipped without packed in carbon boxes, outside boxes were largely damaged. Especially for 18 May order, even though I asked to pack in carbon boxes, it was not packed in them and it was made large damage and issued a refund for shipping charges. As German Amazon warehouse personnel does "learn" from that, please insist the person to pack the ordered product in carbon box. Please do now let customers down any more. Thank you.
