Please arrive early on the date of the event as you will have to check in at the reception.
The payment as a general rule has to be made on that day.
As a general rule, each program will take place in case of rain, but it may be terminated due to the weather condition.
No cancellation charge will occur in the case of rain.
However your transportation and accommodation fee will be at your expense even though you arrive at the site for the purpose of the activity.
No cancellation charge will occur if you could contact use prior to the program in the case of rain.
Cancellation for your convenience will be subject to the cancellation charge as follows;
