1. プロジェクトの背景
A社は、29年にB社とC社の2社が合併してできた企業です。
このため、業務システムが未だに統一性を欠き、特に海外では国毎にばらばらに運営されているという課題があります。今回のERPの開発は、アジア地域の業務システムの統一と高度化を目指したものです。
