この商品は卸売しないのはなぜですか？
御社では今後も展開しますか？
私達は今後もこの商品を仕入れたい。
今はこれまで購入した在庫があるので私達はそれを販売していきますが
今後はどうなるのかを教えて下さい。

また私達は卸売会員としてではなく、御社のWEBサイトから
個人顧客として購入することはできますか？

How come you do not wholesale the item A?
Are you planning to continue so?
We would like to continue purchasing the product.
We will be selling the item until the inventory of the past purchase will be gone, but we would like to know what will happen after that.

Also, may we purchase as an individual customer from your website instead of a wholesale member?
