以前に商品Aを購入したお客様から再注文を検討しているとの連絡がありました。
再注文にあたって、2点質問をいただきました。
(1)冷却用の水を流すホースを長くすることはできるのか？
(2)冷却用のホースのみをもう1本余計につけてもらうことはできるのか？
お客様はできれば冷却用のホースを直接水道からとってきて使いたいとのことでした。
もしも質問内容に対応できなくても購入の意思があるようです。
お忙しいところ恐縮ですが回答をいただけると幸いです。

I got the contact from a customer who examines reorder of merchandise that have been bought the merchandise A before.
It includes 2 questions for the reorder.
(1)Is it capable to lengthen the hose which drains water for the cooling.
(2)Is it possible to equip one extra only for the cooling hose.
The customer ordered to take the cooling hourse directory from the water supply.
And if there is no speedy contact for asking and questions, he has the strong will for purchasing.
I am sorry to interupt you for making annoying case while you are busy,
but I appreciate your earlier answer.
