適当にセッテイングすると全部が反応してます。

とりあえず近くの楽器店で診てもらうことは出来ないか？
とにかくローランドに問い合わせて欲しい

返品されたアイテムはローランドで調べてもらいます。

なぜなら　私は壊れた商品を販売しているセラーではないし

お客さんのセッテイングをやはり疑ってしまう

お客さんの調整ミスなら半額しか返金しない

At first, please register all of the six strings by pressing GK SENS button.
If you just set up it roughly, all strings would react.

Would it be possible for you to have it inspected by your local music instrument shop?
I would like you to contact Roland anyways.

I will have the item returned inspected by Roland.

Because I am not the seller who sells broken items, and I cannot help doubting the settings by a customer.

If this is due to the user's mistake in setting, I will issue a refund for only a half of the price item.
