レンタカーをご利用のお客様へ返却の際の手順
車を貸出の時に、当店からお客様に「ワイヤレス・チャイム」をお渡しします。
ご返却の際は車を元の駐車場へ停めて、お渡しした「送信機」のボタンを車の中で一度だけ押して下さい。
そうするとスタッフが持っている「受信機」が鳴ります。すぐにスタッフが駆けつけますので、お帰りの準備をしながらその場で少し(1～2分)お待ち下さい。
車のチェックをします。問題がなければ、スタッフにレンタカーの鍵とファイルと送信機をお返し下さい。そちらで全て終了です。

To the customers who rent a car.
Regarding the procedure to return the car, we will hand you a "wireless chime" when you check out the car.
In returning, please park the car in the original parking area, and press the button of the "transmitter" which we handed only once.
Then, the "receiver" which our staff members have will sound. As the staff member will come to you immediately, please wait a few minutes in the parking lot while preparing for your return.
The staff member will inspect a car. If there is no problem, please hand the key of the rental car, the file and the transmitter to the staff member. Then, everything is set.
