10.退園
園児が退園する場合は、退園希望の前々月の末日までに、保護者から理事長に退園届を提出するものとする。なお、以下のいずれかに該当する場合、書面にて保護者に通知することにより、当幼児園は事前の催告又は通知をすることなく、園児を退園とすることができる。
a.保護者が保育料等を所定の期日を過ぎても支払わない場合。
b.園児の保護者等の関係者が、園規則など園の運営ルールを守らない場合。

10.Withdrawal
When child withdraw from this kindergarten, it shall be submitted an withdrawal notification from the guardian to the president by the last day of the month before the desire to leave. If any of the following applies, this kindergarten shall be able to withdraw the child without giving advance notification by notifying the guardians in writing.
1.In the case that parents do not pay child care fees and others even after the prescribed deadline.
2.In the case that stakeholders of guardians of a child do not observe the kindergarten management rules such as the garden rules.
