念のため、Aを我々が計算しなくてもよい理由を確認させて下さい。Aの投資はBに既に含まれており、改めて稟議を上げる必要がなくなったということでしょうか。A固有の投資は発生しないのでしょうか。
また先週金曜のMTGでお話のあった、我々の部門内でのプロジェクト日程確認会議について設定させて頂きたく、開催時間の調整をさせて下さい。候補として以下の時間帯の中で1時間を確保し、開催させて頂きたいです。
なお3/13 10時-11時はCのメンバーは全員予定が入っている為他の日時でお願いします。

Just to make sure, please let me confirm the reason we do not need to calculate A. Do you mean the investment to A has been already included in B so we do not need request for decision anew? Isn't there any A specific investment in this case?
And please let me arrange the time for our internal department meeting discussing our project schedule. I would like to secure one hour from the candidate time zones below, and to set the meeting in that time.
