Keikoとやり取りをしていたがTN123用互換トナーでいくつかの認識不良が発生している。
以前は、トナーのカバーを開けてギアを回す方法で解決することがあった。
前回のロットからはマイナスドライバーでトナーのギアを回して解決する方法に変わった。
その時に、トナー本体のバーコードを確認するようにKeikoに言われた。
今後はトナーのリセット方法やバーコードの確認方法を記載した書類を入れる必要がある。これは御社の問題なので弊社からは資料を提供するので弊社のカラー書類と同梱して下さい。
