・料金体系が、ユーザID数から組織数をベースにすることに変わっているが、その理由が分からない。
・Private Hostingを推薦しているが、その必要性が分からない。
・日常的にコンタクトがとれる日本の責任者がREVALにいない。

・ERPの進展に伴い、当面7社の利用が増加する予定だが、そのための実質的コストが増えるので
あればその増加分は支払う用意はある。
