弊社では年に2回，語学研修としてセブ島に約1週間行きます。セブに行くのはこれで2回目です。前回は従業員全員でセブ島に行き，これまで体験したことのない素晴らしい体験をしました。
セブ島へ語学研修に行くのは，ただ語学を学ぶためだけではありません。日本とは違った環境に身をおくことで得られる様々な刺激は，日本の英会話教室に通うことでは絶対に得られないものです。このような刺激は弊社が将来海外で活躍するために必要不可欠な要素と言えます。
We go to Cebu island for about a week twice a year to learn English. This is our second time. Last time, all of our employees went to Cebu and had wonderful experiences that we had never had before.
We go to Cebu, not only to learn English. We also get inspired by getting ourselves absorbed in an environment different from Japan, which we can never experience by going to an English school in Japan. This inspiration is absolutely necessary for us to be successful abroad in the future.
