弊社では年に2回，語学研修としてセブ島に約1週間行きます。セブに行くのはこれで2回目です。前回は従業員全員でセブ島に行き，これまで体験したことのない素晴らしい体験をしました。
セブ島へ語学研修に行くのは，ただ語学を学ぶためだけではありません。日本とは違った環境に身をおくことで得られる様々な刺激は，日本の英会話教室に通うことでは絶対に得られないものです。このような刺激は弊社が将来海外で活躍するために必要不可欠な要素と言えます。

Our company hold 1-week regular language training camps at Cebu twice a year. This is our second visit to Cebu. Last time we all the employees went to Cebu Island together, and had a wonderful experience which have never experienced before.
The aim of our Cebu camp is not only for learning languages, but getting various stimuli what can be obtained by staying overseas environment. We would not be able to obtain these stimuli in a local English conversation school. Such stimulation must be an essential element for our company's future success in overseas.
