今回、サイズおよび状態が理由での返品希望ということで、確認いたしました。

ご希望の添えず申し訳ないのですが、サイズが合わない旨での返品に関してはお受けしておりません。

また靴紐については最初から切れていたわけではなく、試された時に切れたということで、基本的には返品をお受けしておりません。
