結論としては全額返金させて頂きます。
メーカーの製造担当者によるとおそらく革の製造中に
刻印がない状態で出荷をしてしまった、とのことです。
返品交換を受け付けるとのことですが、日本に商品を戻す必要があり、
今回は返金でご容赦頂ければ幸いです。
誠に申し訳ございませんでした。メーカーがミスを認めているので
こちらにも弁解の余地はありません。メーカーの方も今後はこのようなことがないよう
改善に務めると言っております。何卒宜しくお願いいたします。
